Make

The model of your laptop can be found on the bottom on a similar looking label to the one below:

On certain laptops it can also be found by opening the lid and is printed on the casing near the screen as pictured below:

Another place to find the model number on your laptop

Processor

Click Start Menu, right click on My Computer and left click on properties. This will display a screen with computer on which will tell you your processor type. Please then select this from the list.

Hard disk

Click the start menu, go to my computer and hover the cursor over the icon Local disk (C:) which will then display the total size of the drive, please then select the closest size from the list.

RAM Size

Click Start Menu, right click on My Computer and left click on properties. This will display a screen with computer on which will tell you your Ram Size. Please then select this from the list.
