Sell Your Laptop FAQ
Q: How do I ship my item to you?
A: We ask that your item is safely packed in a box or wrapped up tightly to ensure no damage in transit. We will arrange a courier to collect from you for free on a day and location to suit you.
Q: Do you buy Desktops?
A: Sorry, we currently only buy laptops.
Q: I have sensitive information on my hard drive?
A: Sell Your Laptop wipe all data to MOD standards GUARANTEED!
Q: When will I receive my money?
A: A cheque will be sent to you within 7 working days of us receiving your laptop. We regret we cannot pay cash for your laptop
Q: What if I have multiple laptops to sell?
A: Please email SYLAdmin@millraceit.co.uk with details or call us on 01376 518509.
Q: Can I have my laptop collected from a different address to my home address?
A: We will collect your laptop from any UK address; we ask that you please provide this information when arranging the collection through our quoting system.
Q: When will the courier come?
A: Our courier service will arrive at any time between 9am and 5pm on a day and location of your choice.
Q: What if my laptop is damaged?
A: When filling in the details of your laptop in our ‘Get a Quote’ section, please notify us of any damage or missing parts and your quote is adjusted accordingly.
